About Favio
I'm Favio Fabian Gonzalez Paz, I'm sending you my application as a Spanish teacher. I am studying a master's degree in Latin American and Spanish studies at the University of Bergen. Now I am writing my master's thesis: Multilingualism in upper secondary school in Norway. A study of students' beliefs in early learning from L3 to L2. I now work part time in Osteroy Ungdomsskole as a Spanish teacher, and I want to fill my schedule with another school. St. Paul's Gym looks like the perfect place for me to work. Such an important and well-known institution. Very passionate about language teaching. Below I give you more information about myself in English, as well as letters of recommendation and various documents you may be interested in reading. I am a Foreign language teacher / instructor (French, Spanish, and English). Recently studies and specialization in phonetics and teaching tools, I have worked for nearly five years in the language teaching field. I speak Norwegian A2 but I am learning very fast and I hope you take into account my application, passionate about languages, cultures, and civilizations, I have gained excellent knowledge in terms of language cognizance and information transmission. My 8-year experience as a linguist and language teacher has made me a versatile and organized person. Also, my willingness to learn the foreign language associated with my desire to understand how they work reinforces my belief that languages are the center of our societies. Here, I number some of my latest accomplishments in my career as a linguist: * 8 Years of experience in the language education field. Venezuela, France, Poland, and Norway. • 3 Years of experience working for international organizations. (AIESEC, Amnesty International, Teachers without borders). • Recently, I developed a complete one-year schedule for a language school with new teaching methods and approaches. Increasing the number of students and classes. Being responsible for 25 groups, different levels in French, Spanish, and English. • Proofreader and translator for Amnesty International, improving communication between Latin-American and European committees.

Depending on the student's level, I can go from a very basic introductory class to a C2 oral practice exam class. I use several books. Grammar exercise and translation exercise. But most importantly, we practice speaking and listening. It is very important to me that my students develop equal competence in the four pillars of language learning processes. Listen, talk, write and read.
