I'm sriramoju Uday kumar graduate and fitness freak and also enthusiast at sports ...I went up to state level in sprinting , long jump . Due to financial circumstances I couldn't continue it for further . But it never goes out my mind . And with my abilities I can teach and let bring some sports person to represent India.

My class starts with wram up session and whole class would be around 40_50 min . In this period I will introduce many variations based on the level one is in .....I'm guarantee that my students will definitely be stronger, healthier , than ever before
