I am a life long learner and lover of knowledge. I work in data science and treasure information and how to gain insights from the knowledge and data around us.
I studied at one of the top public universities in the world: UCSD.
Where I completed my major in Cognitive Science and Applied Math.

Tutoring is not for memory and it is not for teaching the subject matter. At this point in the educational process the student has already been taught the subject and presented the materials for memory.
Tutoring is about problem solving and personal growth. Problem solving techniques and insight is shared to tune performance.
Most importantly, a knowledge acquisition growth perspective is taught and impressed upon my students. Within a few sessions this should form a respect for their own mind and their capacity to improve upon it. These are life long skills essential for the future of a highly skilled adaptive learning workforce
