As an accepted medical student with a degree in Computational and Systems Biology, I bring a unique blend of scientific knowledge, critical thinking skills, and a passion for learning to my tutoring. My rigorous academic background has equipped me with the tools and expertise necessary to help students achieve their goals and excel in their studies. I'm very flexible in my teaching methods and tailor each lesson to meet the different learning abilities of my students. My approach to teaching is centered around meeting my students where they are at and tailoring the learning experience to their individual needs and goals. A typical lesson plan will vary depending on the student's needs and goals, but generally, I start by assessing their understanding of the material and identifying any areas where they may need extra help. I can prepare practice questions on my own, or we could use anything provided by your professor. For long term students, I develop a customized plan that may include reviewing foundational concepts, practicing problem-solving techniques, and exploring more advanced topics as appropriate.
