About Yuxuan
I am nineteen years old and an undergraduate statistics student at UCL. I am personally very passionate about Chinese language, history and food. I can even speak two dialects. My mother is a Chinese history teacher and my father collects Chinese antiques, sips Chinese tea and studies the teachings of Confucius and Mencius. In their company, I grew to love reading Chinese poetry, literary texts and writing calligraphy. If I want to spread Chinese culture to the world, the Chinese language is the bridge to the world.

I teach in a way that follows the interests and pace of my students exactly. We can start with Pinyin (which is more recommended), or we can arrange the content of the course according to the level and interests of the students. We can study ancient Chinese history, modern history, etc based on your knowledge of Chinese. We can also study stories of famous Chinese people that are of more interest to students. In addition to this, I personally love Chinese calligraphy and am a member of the Chinese Calligraphy Association of Shandong Province. I have auctioned off three of my own hard brush calligraphy. I was a children's calligraphy assistant teacher for my calligraphy tutor for two years in high school. If you really enjoy calligraphy, I would be happy to share the fascination of writing Chinese characters with my students.
