About Yashvi
I hold an MSc in Entrepreneurship from UCL, one of the world's leading universities, where I learnt not just how to think analytically, but how to apply that thinking to solve real problems and create real impact. My background spans engineering and entrepreneurship, giving me a unique perspective that goes far beyond textbooks.
Maths and Science have always been at the core of everything I've built. They are not abstract subjects to me, they are the tools I use every day. That's what I bring into every lesson: clarity, purpose, and a genuine understanding of why these subjects matter in the real world.
I believe every student has the potential to excel, just sometimes they just need someone who can explain things differently, patiently, and with genuine enthusiasm.
My desire to teach comes from a simple but powerful place: I want to give back. I've been fortunate to have great mentors and a world-class education, and I want to pass that on. If I can help a young person feel confident in subjects that once felt impossible and open doors they didn't know existed, that means everything to me.
Teaching isn't a side job for me. It's a way to inspire the next generation of thinkers, builders, and problem-solvers. One student at a time.

I hold an MSc in Entrepreneurship from UCL and have a strong foundation in engineering, Maths, and Sciences as I also hold B.Tech in CSE. I have hands-on tutoring experience working with students one-to-one, helping them build confidence and improve results across both GCSE and A-Level. My entrepreneurial background means I approach every student's learning journey with creativity, adaptability, and a focus on outcomes.
My one-to-one sessions aren't one-size-fits-all. Every lesson is crafted around your individual expectations, learning style, and target results so you don't just pass, you excel.
From the very first lesson, I take time to understand where you are, where you want to get to, and what's been getting in the way. From there, we build a clear, personalised roadmap together.
My approach is practical, engaging, and rooted in real-world thinking shaped by my engineering background and MSc from UCL. Session will be round for an hour but again it depends on the individual requirement.
• Concept-first learning — I focus on building genuine understanding before moving to practice. A student who understands the 'why' will always outperform one who has only memorised the 'how.'
• Real-world connections — I bring Maths and Science to life by linking theory to real engineering and everyday applications, making abstract topics tangible and memorable.
• Active problem-solving — lessons are interactive, not passive. We work through problems together, identify patterns in mistakes, and build confidence step by step.
• Exam technique — alongside subject knowledge, I dedicate time to answering exam questions strategically: how to structure responses, manage time, and maximise marks.
• Regular checkpoints — at the end of every session, I summarise key takeaways and set focused practice to consolidate learning before the next lesson.
