About Jai
Hi, I’m Jai — a Latymer Upper School student predicted A*A*A*A* in Biology, Chemistry, Maths and Further Maths. I tutor through my school’s Academic Mentoring Department and support younger students as a Peer Mentor. My approach is calm, structured and exam-focused: we build strong foundations, practise exam-style questions, and improve step-by-step with clear feedback. I’m proud that several students I’ve supported have raised their GCSE performance significantly, with some achieving grades 8–9 after refining technique and confidence. I’m also a Prefect and Sixth Form Committee Chair, and Chief Editor for the Biology section of our school science magazine, so I’m used to explaining clearly and helping students stay motivated. Outside school I row and play the cello (Grade 8), which has taught me discipline and consistency — the same mindset I bring to tutoring.

Hi! I’m a final-year A-Level student predicted 4 A* in Maths, Further Maths, Biology and Chemistry, as well as scoring in the 99th percentile for the UCAT 2025 and having firmed a spot at Imperial College London for Medicine. I’ve been tutoring for several years and genuinely enjoy helping students feel confident, capable, and prepared for exams.
How I teach
