About Kyle
Hello everyone, my name is Kyle. I've worked in the education sector for as long as I can remember. I've worked with special needs kids, teaching English as a second language and even edited articles for a magazine, making sure the grammar and spelling was on point. I really try to suit my lessons with my student's needs and feel like I truly learn a lot by teaching other people.

I've worked in the education sector for five years, doing various work with young minds, from being the head tutor at an organization here in Montreal, to teaching language to kids with autism, to being an English teacher. Currently I work for the English Montreal Schoolboard with some of the kids that have a bit more trouble. I'm all about bringing out the best in people and cultivating an attitude that mistakes are okay and part of the natural learning process. To me there's nothing more rewarding than seeing someone's perspective change from not understanding something, to them genuinely finding interest in it. I really try to form a connection and bond with each of my students, and customize my classes to fit their unique needs, as no two people learn in the exact same way.
I am offering a variety of tutoring services:
-Both online or offline
-Flexibility with subject, although my expertise is in teaching English
-Flexibility with hours
- I also offer editing help for non-English speakers, be it with grammar, spelling etc.
Most of my experience is in teaching children but I am also available for tutoring adults in English, creative writing or essay writing, as these are topics I thoroughly enjoy. My current rate is 24$/hour.
