About Lumi
I’m a piano tutor with 9 years of teaching experience, and I also work as a composer and performer. I hold a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Piano Studies, which deepened my understanding and love for the instrument. For me, music is a lifelong journey—there’s always something new to discover and express. I work with both beginners and advanced musicians, tailoring lessons to each student’s goals and abilities. Whether you’re just starting out or preparing for a performance, I focus on building strong technique and musicality. I believe that every student’s path is unique, and I aim to support growth at every stage. My own experience as a performer and composer helps me bring real-world insight to lessons. I encourage creativity alongside discipline, blending classical foundations with contemporary styles. Music isn’t just about notes; it’s about storytelling and connection. I’m passionate about helping students find their own voice at the piano. Teaching brings me great joy, especially when I see students develop confidence and passion.
