About Dan
I am a former student at the University of Southampton having studied History at undergraduate level. I have a deep understanding of forming historical arguments, structure and how to be effectively persuasive in your writing. I have previously also been a swimming teacher which has allowed me to hone effective communication skills with all levels and abilities.

I am looking to give instruction to anyone up to A level standard focussing on a blend of content and structuring a persuasive argument. At these levels, History is as much about how you frame an argument, the structure and the ability to get your point across as it is the actual topic content and so this will be the focus of lessons. I am also a swimming teacher and so understand the need to be patient to ensure understanding.
