Hi I'm Neha!
Having achieved an A* in A-Level AQA Chemistry, I understand how challenging the subject can be and the importance of having the right approach to studying it. I am passionate about helping students build their confidence, strengthen their understanding and develop effective exam techniques.
I take a patient and supportive approach to tutoring, creating a comfortable environment where students can ask questions and work through difficult topics without feeling pressured. I use the AQA specification closely to ensure lessons are relevant to the course and focus on the knowledge and skills students need to succeed in their exams.

I teach A-Level AQA Chemistry with a focus on developing a strong understanding of the subject rather than relying purely on memorisation. I achieved an A* in A-Level Chemistry myself and found that using the AQA specification closely was extremely helpful in understanding exactly what I needed to know for exams.
My lessons combine clear explanations, worked examples, active recall and plenty of exam-style questions. I focus particularly on AQA exam technique, helping students understand how to approach different question types, structure their answers and identify exactly what the question is asking for. I also break down difficult topics into smaller, manageable sections and adapt the pace of each lesson to suit the student.
Lessons are typically around 1 hour long, giving enough time to cover content, practise questions and go through any mistakes or areas of difficulty. I aim to make lessons engaging and supportive while helping students become more confident and independent in their approach to Chemistry.
My lessons are aimed at A-Level students studying the AQA Chemistry specification, whether they are looking to improve their understanding of particular topics, strengthen their exam technique, prepare for assessments or work towards achieving the highest possible grade.
