About Ruhani
With an MSc in Radiochemistry and over 5 years of teaching experience, I bring chemistry to life through food and nutrition. I teach topics like macromolecules, food additives, and metabolic processes in a way that connects directly to what students eat and cook. My goal is to make chemistry practical and enjoyable. I often use examples from real foods to explain how reactions happen during cooking or digestion. Lessons may include small dietary analyses to explore how nutrients work in the body. We even discuss food product development to understand how science improves taste and nutrition. I focus on making students confident in applying chemistry concepts to real-world situations. Each session combines theory with creativity and exploration. I adapt my teaching to different learning styles, ensuring every student feels supported. Science becomes clearer when it feels useful.
