*"I am not here to complete your syllabus. I am here to make you understand it.*

I was also a student who used to mug up NCERT because teachers just read the book. I hated that.

So I teach differently. I won't ask you to remember. I will ask you to imagine.

If you understand photolysis once with a ball and a wall, you will never need to open the book again for it. That's my job.

I share my knowledge because when you get that 'Ohhh samajh aaya' look on your face, that's the only payment I need.

One rule in my class: You can ask any stupid doubt. But you cannot say 'samajh nahi aaya' without trying to explain what you DID understand.

*1. Analogy > Definition*
Don't say photolysis definition. Say: "PS1 ball ko deewar pe maar ke wapas le leta hai." Student will never forget.

*2. Ask before you teach*
First 2 min ask question. Then teach answer.
Example: "Paani tode bina ATP ban sakta hai?" Let them say no, then prove yes with cyclic.

*3. Students should talk 50%*
You talk 30 min, they explain 30 min. If they can't explain, you didn't teach.

*4. One topic = One diagram + One PYQ*
Don't finish 10 topics badly. Finish 1 topic with diagram and solve 1 NEET question on board. They will feel topic is complete.

*5. No NCERT language in class*
Explain in Hinglish, write answer in English. NCERT language puts them to sleep.

*Formula:*
*Confusion (2 min) -> Story/Analogy (10 min) -> Diagram (10 min) -> Student explains (10 min) -> PYQ (10 min)*

Do this, students will say - "Sir ka samajh aata hai, baaki ka yaad karna padta hai."

That's the difference.
