About Elke
I have swam for as long as I can remember, and have competed for Great Britain in Biathle (continuous run-swim-run) winning 2 European Silver medals. Over the last few years, I've transitioned into triathlon, but swimming is by far my favorite of the 3 disciplines.

I'm happy teaching/coaching any ability/ any age of swimmer, so lessons will be individualized to each person and their goals whether that's technique focused, building confidence in the water or improving endurance or speed. The main focus will always be ensuring you enjoy training.
