About Sophie
I am a social worker and trauma-informed yoga teacher. I have always been passionate about yoga and its transformative power and am excited to be able to share yoga with others.
Yoga has helped me with my own medical health and recovery after considerable illness and I understand first hand how hard it can be sometimes to get out of bed and get on the mat.
I have a passion for helping others and hearing other peoples stories.

I am happy to work with the level and ability that you are at, and mainly teach beginners yoga with a large mental health focus.
I provide breathing techniques and guided meditation, as well as gentle physical practice. I have trauma-informed training and am aware of the ways in which studio classes may be triggering or anxiety-provoking for people, especially beginners.
Lessons typically run for an hour.
