I am a Trauma-Informed Private Yoga Teacher from Cork. I specialize in working with clients one-to-one. I work with both private and corporate clients.
~I help individuals experience safety and freedom in their bodies.
~I offer Nervous System focused Health and Wellness programs.
~I specialize in Stress/Anxiety Relief and Fibromyalgia Wellness, helping clients to build capacity and resiliency.
I have worked with busy professionals, athletes, teenagers, seniors and those looking to heal from injury/illness. I have also worked with corporate companies in and around Cork.

Based on our life experiences and environment, our body, nervous system capacity and needs are unique and different. My job is to meet you and guide you towards a safe and sustainable practice, one that can honour your body and life.
I offer different practices to meet different bodies and needs. Some of us benefit from a slower, gentler practice (Therapeutic Somatic practices) while some of us might benefit from a specialized, slightly more challenging practice (strengthening/stretching/stamina building). Together, we will figure out what practice can best support and nourish you.
