About Fitforlife
Hey everyone, Harshit, here, I'm your holistic nutrition coach, fitness instructor, and yoga trainer. I've been training for the past 4 years now.
In 2020, I started learning about fitness and nutrition, and I really fell in love with them. Guys, before 2020, I didn't know any principles of training. I work hard in the gym. But there were little or no results.
Now I am a NASM National Academy of Sports Medicine-approved Holistic Nutrition Coach and Internationally Certified Fitness Instructor.
I have trained and advised so many clients, both offline and online. Guy, I know what you need to do to achieve your dream physique.
I want you all to have that knowledge that I didn't have when I started my training.
