About Maj Asha
I am Maj (Retd) Asha Bhardwaj, a former Indian Army officer with 10 years of military service and 10 years of corporate e-learning expertise. Having served in the armed forces, I bring first-hand knowledge of Officer-Like Qualities (OLQs), leadership, discipline, and personality traits that the Services Selection Board (SSB) looks for in candidates. Later, I pursued my Master's in E-Learning from the USA and worked in a leading global e-learning company for a decade, designing impactful online training programs. This unique blend of military experience + modern online pedagogy makes my sessions highly structured, interactive, and result-oriented.
