About Rangashree
I am a passionate and dedicated yoga teacher with a Postgraduate Diploma in Yoga and a background in engineering (BE). After working in the IT industry for two years, I transitioned to my true calling—yoga. With a strong foundation in Iyengar Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Vinyasa, and Hatha Yoga, I offer diverse practices to suit individual needs and abilities. My classes focus on alignment, strength, and mindfulness, providing a balanced approach to physical and mental well-being. I believe yoga is a journey of transformation, and I am committed to helping my students achieve their goals, whether it’s improving flexibility, reducing stress, or deepening their practice.
