My Approach as a Personal Trainer

Teaching Methodology & Techniques
I use a personalized coaching approach that combines proper exercise technique, progressive training, goal setting and accountability. Sessions focus on educating clients about movement, form, nutrition basics and healthy lifestyle habits so they can build long-term success rather than relying on quick fixes.
A Typical Lesson Plan
Each session begins with a brief check-in and warm-up, followed by a structured workout designed around the client's goals. This may include strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, mobility work, or functional exercises. Sessions conclude with a cool-down, progress review and recommendations for maintaining momentum between lessons.
