She is so enthusiastic when she works with children. Additionally, she builds strong relationships quickly meaning the children feel comfortable with her to ask questions and check something when unsure. She has secure subject knowledge and can identify what prompts to offer when someone is struggling.

Megan is not only the most understanding person I have ever met, but she takes so much time and pride in everything she does. Always gives 100% effort and knowing her for years has been a pleasure!!!

Megan spent a week in my Year 2 class to further develop her experience. She was friendly, approachable and inclusive to all of the children. As Maths coordinator of our school I could see that she had strong subject knowledge and knew how to address misconceptions and move children’s learning forward.

I would highly recommend Megan.
