About Kaitlin
Hi!
My name is Kaitlin and I am a trainee accountant. I have an extensive academic track record, which has allowed me to get to where I am today. This includes:
- 10A*/A grades at GCSE including Maths and English,
- AAB at A Level in Maths, Geography, and Chemistry respectively,
- 2.1 in BSc Economics and Politics from the University of London, 2019,
- Distinction in MSc International Financial Management, 2021
- Currently studying towards the ACA accounting qualification
This demonstrates that I have great academic potential, I am willing to share my expertise with other young students.
I really enjoy working with young students as I know the benefits of having a role model to look up to as well as having someone to rely on when you are stuck. I have been a mentor, tutor, project leader, team guide and much more and have worked with several young people over the years!

I am personable and professional and I will tailor each session to suit the needs of the student and/or their parents to ensure that each lesson is enjoyable and that each session meets and exceeds expectations.
Each session will last one hour and will follow closely with the syllabus/exam board. The lessons will start with weekly learning objectives. Then we will introduce the topic and I will demonstrate an example, and will provided written notes (dependant on the topic). We will then work on an example together, and then the student will have further examples to work through independently, but assistance will be provided where requested, and we will review their work together (peer-reviewing). Each session will end with a debrief and a quick discussion on what they wish to cover in the following session.
