Caroline is a science teacher with an outstanding reputation. Her work ethic has allowed for her to produce excellent lessons which fellow teachers use demonstrating her in-depth subject knowledge and understanding of lesson structure. This will easily transfer into her ability as a tutor and further excel her skills.On top of having an excellent understanding of pedagogy and excellent subject knowledge, Caroline is patient and kind teacher. Her students will also benefit from her lessons but also develop a great student-tutor relationship.

She has and always will be well respected in her team due to her great organisational and time management skills. She understands the need to prioritise but also is happy to meet the student at their ability. Caroline assisted with my dissertation for the 'Project' module in my third year of university, studying 'Animal Biology and Conservation'.

Caroline's help was consistent throughout from helping me plan data collection, to writing up/ structuring the essay and proof-reading final drafts.

Caroline knew the subject matter well, had the skills required for academic writing and was able to portray this in a simplistic comprehensive manner.
