About Sacha
Coming from France, I have traveled to learn many disciplines and culture. I found my gurus and instructors in the north of India, where I mastered in the sciences of birth and pre-natal yoga.
I started my yoga journey 4 years ago in Bali, with traditionnal hatha teacher training.
I complete my doula practice with tools from all around the world. I am passionate about ancient practices and traditonal knowledge.

RE-CONNECT with you body is my mantra !
I use traditionnal hatha yoga sequences to focus on certain aspects of the body and spirit. I create different flows depending on your needs.
Classes are usually 1h to 1h15 including warm-up, breathwork, asanas and relaxation/meditation.
My approach as a doula/birth worker will help future mothers to connect with their bodies, helping to bond with their babies. Gentle and safe flows are adaptated to pregnancy's stages. Pre-natal classes include visualisations during relaxation. Let's nurture mamas !
