About Keith
I have been a Chef for more than 40 years
Back in the 1970's, you didn't need to go to college and get qualifications to work in a kitchen, you just did it, and learned on the job.
Over the years I have worked in many types of commercial kitchen, cooking almost every type of cuisine.
Serving up to 120 people per night, or as a private Chef cooking for a couple in their own house, I have seen and done it all.
Let me take you by the hand and show you that cooking doesn't have to be hard work, or difficult.
