About Heba
I have been a private tutor since 2000. I have tutored Arabic language to private students . Currently I teach Yoga, Philosophy of Yoga, basic Sanskrit, Meditation, Nutritional Medicine, Holistic health, how to eat better specialising in vegan/vegetarian diets. I mentor up to 20 students who seek advise and continued mentoring on various physical and metaphysical subjects, from building trust, motivation, improving eating habits, enhancing concentration and meditation practices, to ways to gain strength by incorporating yoga and natural medicine into daily lives, understanding the ancient philosophies that are time tested to help us create a life enriched with prosperity, peace and joy and how to silence chatter in the mind and move past unhealthy habits.
