About Rory
I am an enthusiastic Singing tutor with over 12 years of teaching experience helping students achieve excellence in vocal performance. I teach School students, College students, and Working Professionals who want to improve their singing skills, strengthen their musical understanding, and gain confidence.
My teaching approach is personalised and goal-oriented. I start by assessing each student's current abilities and understanding their objectives. Based on this information, I create customised lesson plans that support steady growth and long-term success.
My lessons cover vocal warm-ups, breathing techniques, pitch correction, rhythm practice, vocal expression, articulation, and stage presence. I use interactive learning methods, guided practice sessions, and constructive feedback to help students improve effectively. Students are encouraged to participate actively and take ownership of their progress.
Along with Singing, I teach Music Theory, Ear Training, Vocal Coaching, and Performance Skills. These complementary subjects provide students with a comprehensive musical education and help them become well-rounded performers. I also encourage creativity, discipline, and consistent practice.
My goal is to inspire students to enjoy music while reaching their full potential. Through patience, expertise, and encouragement, I help learners become confident singers who are prepared to succeed in any musical setting.

My Singing teaching methodology is designed to help students master their voices through flexibility, creativity, understanding, and time management. I believe that learning to sing should be inspiring, rewarding, and tailored to each student's unique abilities.
I begin by assessing the student's vocal strengths, challenges, and musical interests. Based on this understanding, I create personalised lesson plans that support gradual and meaningful progress.
Creativity helps make lessons engaging and memorable. I use vocal exercises, improvisation activities, song interpretation techniques, and performance practice to encourage both technical development and artistic expression.
My lessons cover breath support, pitch accuracy, rhythm, vocal tone, articulation, range development, and stage confidence. Students receive practical guidance that helps them strengthen their voices and improve their overall performance.
Understanding and encouragement help create a positive learning environment where students feel comfortable expressing themselves and exploring their potential. I believe confidence grows when students feel supported and motivated.
Time management ensures that every lesson is focused and effective. Sessions are carefully planned to include technical training, creative activities, song practice, and performance preparation.
Alongside Singing, I can teach Music Theory, Ear Training, Sight Singing, Vocal Wellness, and Performance Skills. My goal is to help students achieve vocal excellence while enjoying the learning process.
