About Adila
Hello! My name is Adila, and I’m a dedicated and results-driven tutor currently studying Artificial Intelligence at Macquarie University. With a strong academic background in STEM and experience teaching students from Year 7 to 12, I bring both subject expertise and a calm, supportive teaching style to every class. I specialize in Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, and Biology Whether a student needs foundation support, help catching up, or exam-focused training for Year 11 and 12, I adjust my lessons to match their pace and goals. My Approach to Tutoring My goal is to make learning feel clear, structured, and manageable — not overwhelming. I use: 1. Visual explanations and simple examples to help students grasp concepts 2. A friendly, respectful tone to create a safe learning space 3. Exam-focused techniques when needed, including practice questions and syllabus revision If a student needs extra support, I’m happy to explain in Bengali as well, so they feel fully comfortable and confident. As a passionate and approachable tutor based in Sydney, I focus on helping students truly understand and visualize science and math concepts — not just memorize them. I tailor each lesson to suit the student's learning style and confidence level.
For junior years, I use visuals and relatable examples to build a strong foundation. For senior students, I offer exam-focused training, including past paper practice, revision techniques, and syllabus-based breakdowns to support NSW Stage 4–6 students, including those preparing for Year 11 and 12 assessments.
I'm bilingual in English and Bengali, and can assist students who may benefit from explanations in both languages — especially helpful for students from migrant backgrounds.
