My Approach to Tutoring:
I believe that every child learns differently, so I always start by understanding the student’s learning style, strengths, and areas that need extra support. My teaching focuses on patience, encouragement, and interactive learning using examples, visuals, and simple explanations to make lessons easier to understand. I also include fun mini activities or games to keep students engaged and motivated.
Teaching Methodology:
I like to break lessons into small, manageable parts and check understanding along the way. If a student struggles with a concept, I’ll re-explain it using a different method until they feel confident. I also give short exercises or real-life examples to help students apply what they’ve learned.
Lesson Length:
A typical session lasts about 1 to 1.5 hours, depending on the child’s focus and needs. I can adjust the length for younger children or those who need shorter, more frequent sessions.
Who My Lessons Are For:
My lessons are designed for primary school students (ages 7–12) who need help with basic subjects such as Mathematics, English, Malay and general study skills. I also work well with children who need extra guidance or a more personalized learning approach.
