About Trina
Hi, I’m Trina — a Certified Life Coach from the Philippines, now thriving in Sydney with my family.
When my family and I moved to Australia, we learned firsthand that thriving abroad isn’t just about paperwork or logistics. It’s about emotional readiness, mental clarity, and having a plan that feels grounded and aligned with who you want to become.
That’s why I created Thrive Abroad — to support new migrants as they prepare, settle, and build meaningful lives in their new home. I help you navigate the uncertainty, strengthen your resilience, and move forward with confidence, clarity, and intention.
