About Nazgol
I am a certified yoga instructor with over ten years of personal practice and more than two years of professional teaching experience. My movement background includes Pilates, barre, ballet, hip-hop, Zumba, aerobics, and three years of gymnastics—shaping a creative and dynamic teaching style. I hold a Yoga Alliance certification, several continuing education credits, and I am also a certified Zumba (ZIN) instructor. With a background in Industrial Design, I naturally bring creativity, structure, and aesthetic awareness into my classes. I integrate breathwork, mindful movement, and creative meditation (such as visualization or art-based meditation) to help students develop deeper mind–body awareness.
