About Bridget
I have been studying languages since 2013 and have developed a keen interest in the diverse languages and cultures in East Asia, acquiring art, pottery, books, and many recipes that I cook frequently. I love teaching others about these facets of my studies, and have been partway through my degree at Vic Uni (on hold due to health reasons). As someone who has dealt with anxiety for years, I understand how it can prevent people from reaching their full potential, and I aim to tutor people in a respectful manner, free of judgment.

As someone who is fervently passionate about languages, I understand some of the many issues that may arise when learning new ones. I keep notes on all the problems I encounter so I can help those that I teach. I have been on and off tutoring people since 2017, for people from the age of eight to sixteen.
I prefer to keep lessons at a maximum duration of one hour, so as not to overload the student with too much new information, (especially since they likely are studying several other subjects).
Thanks to my years of studying myself, I have attained many books in differing levels of Japanese that can be useful and enjoyable in educating people.
