About Kavita
Having recently completed my GCSEs and A Levels, I am familiar with the current curriculum and the challenges students face.
I am patient, approachable, and committed to creating a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and learning at their own pace. Every lesson is carefully planned and tailored to the student's individual needs, with a focus on building confidence, strengthening understanding, and improving exam technique.
I believe clear communication, reliability, and consistency are key to successful tutoring. My aim is to help every student develop the skills and confidence they need to reach their full potential in Maths and Science up to GCSE level.

My lessons are designed for students up to GCSE level and are tailored to each student's individual needs, learning style, and goals. I begin by identifying areas that need improvement before explaining concepts clearly using worked examples and guided practice. I encourage students to ask questions throughout the lesson and regularly use exam-style questions and past papers to build confidence and improve exam technique.
Lessons typically last 60 minutes, although longer sessions can be arranged if required. Each lesson is interactive and focused on developing both subject knowledge and problem-solving skills in a supportive environment.
I am a third-year Pharmacy student at UCL and having completed my A Levels within these subjects it gives me a strong understanding of the GCSE Maths and Science curriculum and what is required to succeed in exams. My lessons are suitable for students of all abilities, whether they need help catching up, building confidence, or aiming for the highest grades.
