About Charlotte
I am passionate about helping aspiring students achieve the best grades that the can. My skills of patience, being a good listener and ability to tailor strategies that helped me achieve top grades to each student allow me to help students with their individual needs. My friendliness and approachability allow students to feel comfortable expressing their concerns. I understand that applying to university can feel stressful and occasionally overwhelming, and my personal experience enables me to guide students through this process to produce their best possible application. I achieved all 9s at GCSE and all A*s at A Level. I graduated with a BA in English Literature from the University of Cambridge and am now studying graduate medicine at the University of Southampton. My UCAT score was 3,100 (top 2% in the country) and I received offers from three top medical schools.

I offer typically one hour lessons delivered online which can be tailored for different applications or exam boards. My application lessons can focus on any part of the application process: from personal statement writing to UCAT practice to medical school interviews. Personal statement lessons will consist of discussing how to build a competitive résumé, then editing drafts until we are happy with the final result. I have experience tutoring for UCAT. My structured approach and tips greatly improved scores. My interview lessons will consist of advice for suitable reading then each session will involve a practice interview followed by feedback. I have tutored for English Language and Literature GCSE and have significantly improved students grades. My lessons can be tailored to suit any student.
