About Alexandra
I am currently doing an MA in English Literature and Philosophy, and have lived in the UK for 8 years. I lived in Portugal before that and am fluent in both Portuguese and English. I have no professional experience in tutoring yet but have helped many fellow students and younger family members and friends with not only spelling, grammar and literacy, but also with written and oral expression in English.

I can easily adapt to any required curriculum, and am open to tutoring students studying A-Levels/Highers or younger. I am extremely patient and believe in a teaching ethic which does not merely encourage memorising, but learning of material in a fun and engaging way.
