About Justin
Currently working as a nurse practitioner and an adjunct academic educator. I teach nursing students as an instructor and teach new graduate nurses as a preceptor. I am currently studying for my DNP and in a certificate program for teaching.

I teach by asking not by telling. I asked questions a lot to stimulate critical thinking. I like mnemonics and concept mapping to understand complex lessons into simplest forms. I believe in humor as method of teachings. I took so many certifications and shaped my test taking strategies.
