- Ask for a draft of the thesis defense presentation.

- Timelines for drafts and revisions.
3. Defense Presentation Preparation
- Evaluate the defense presentation for clarity, structure, and effectiveness.
- Help refine the defense presentation draft.
- Conduct mock defense sessions to build confidence and improve delivery.
- Offer feedback on presentation style, body language, and response to potential questions.
4. Final Review and Revisions
• Review the final version of the thesis and presentation.
• Ensure all feedback is incorporated and that the work meets institutional standards.
