About Nishant Dutt
A prominent notion that Mechanical engineering is tough, is actually a myth. It is the most interesting and simplest trade of engineering. Especially the thermodynamics part. This subject can be made a fun learning one. I have qualified GATE twice without any coaching and I can concur that studying thermodynamics and fluid mechanics, patiently and understanding each and every phenomenon step by step, was an amazing experience. Usually, students just learn the derivations and solve the problem. What they don't realize is that thermodynamics and fluid mechanics is a part of our daily lives, and if you can correlate between the two aspects, this subject will be a heck of an easy one.

My main focus is to correlate studies with real-life phenomena. To guide the students in such a way that they will be able to see and understand stuff on their own. Students usually see big derivations and get nervous. It's totally fine, I was once a student too. But I went through those lengthy derivations by myself, tried to understand every step, and eventually, that derivation phobia disappeared. This is what I want to inculcate in my students.
