About Anthony
I was a high-school drop out that returned to get my general education degree in 1994. I was 18-19 yrs. old and at the time I was slightly intimidated by continuing my education. As a result of this accomplishment, I learned that even a G.E.D is an acceptable source of possibly one day pursuing college, not that I wanted to at that point, it was that I did not feel competent or intelligent enough at this point to dream of such a thing. It took 13 years for this opportunity to present itself and I took on the most classes that I could per semester to get in and push myself like never before, and the whole time, I was very intimidated by it in many other ways. What happened was, I saw that I had exactly what it took inside of me already to accomplish the task in acquiring my Psychology/Sociology Degree at Ball State University with a far better outlook on education and how the class and course dynamics really pushed me in achieving something that I worked day and night in pursuing. As I write this, I am going back in completing my Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice where I do not plan to stop there.
I feel that no matter what our age may be, it is never too late to pursue education and learn more of the world we all live in together. Why would we not want to, when we are here together to make the world a place of safety and success for all included. For me, education was a key factor in changing the way that I saw the world and the people in it. Education saved me.

The way that I have found best for others to understand certain areas of thought, is by using other relevant scenarios or issues that we are accustomed to seeing everyday in other ways, and making the connection, while at the same time, giving others a way to find that situations, real life scenarios can usually be less difficult to find a solution for, when getting a perspective on the task, whatever it may be. This method only changes as do the experiences that we face each day.
