As an experienced English teacher, my approach to tutoring is based on a student-centered approach that emphasizes the individual needs, goals, and learning styles of each student. I believe that students learn best when they are engaged, motivated, and supported, and I strive to create a positive and encouraging learning environment that fosters confidence, curiosity, and a love of learning.
My teaching methodology involves a range of techniques and approaches, including communicative language teaching, task-based learning, and integrated skills development. I believe in using a variety of teaching materials, such as authentic texts, audio and video resources, and interactive activities, to keep students engaged and motivated.
The typical length of a lesson varies depending on the student's needs and schedule, but I usually recommend sessions of at least 60 minutes to allow for sufficient time to practice new skills, provide feedback, and set goals for future lessons.
I hold a Master's degree in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages), as well as several professional certifications in English language teaching, including CELTA and DELTA.
My lessons are tailored to the specific needs and goals of each student, whether they are beginners just starting to learn the language, or advanced learners looking to refine their skills for academic, professional, or personal purposes. I work with learners of all ages, from young children to senior citizens, and adapt my teaching materials and approaches to meet the unique needs and interests of each student.
