About Júlia
Since childhood I vibrate with music and it is my medicine. Singing heals me and in recent years I have experienced a journey of transformation through singing. Despite having done singing, music, piano and guitar lessons, participated in choirs and music groups, nothing has been as wonderful for me as having experienced the joy of channeling my own voice (the one born from within, from the entrails, of a hidden, deep and powerful feeling). Singing can become a meditation, a prayer, an expression of your emotional world, of your deepest truth. Singing can be a journey of transformation, a journey towards authenticity, towards liberation, towards our own power. Singing can lead you to a revolutionary alchemy that makes the Being that lives in you vibrate.

I like to integrate meditation and body awareness into work with the voice. During the first minutes the invitation is always to connect, feel; go inside and still the mind, so that from that place, we can express ourselves. The class is dynamic and there is a part of working with the body and vocal technique, and another part in which we work the connection with creativity, feeling, expression, and emotions.
