I travel home for a personalized yoga session. A session lasts from one hour to one hour and a half. lessons for all levels

The courses are tailored to your needs, your goals and your progress. In each session, according to your needs, we work: Asanas (postures), Pranayama (breathing exercises), Relaxation, and, if desired discovery of Meditation. The meeting adapted to your level and your goals: it is possible to enjoy the benefits of a yoga or physical condition and age.
I can offer you very dynamic sessions if you wish, but also very gentle sessions using props (boilster, blocks, straps, chairs ...) that can put the postures accessible to ALL, for a milder but equally profound work. My sessions are open to all! The postures can always be adapted.

Perfect! Hervé est mon premier professeur de yoga nous avons commencé il y a un an et demi .
C est lui qui m'a fait connaître ,aimer et comprendre le yoga.
J en fait au minimum 3 fois par semaines et je pratique l Hatha, Bikram et Ashtanga yoga
Merci Hervé pour tous car grâce à toi je me sent complètement différent , je suis un nouvel homme- Merci Stephane pour ce si gentil commentaire. C'est toujours un moment fort quand on fait découvrir le yoga à de nouveaux élèves, on espère parvenir à faire partager cette passion, on a un petit peu plus de pression :)Hervé's response :
