About Chris
I am a Master Trainer (ISSA) who also lost 175 lbs. Now I compete in bodybuilding and as a Nationally ranked athlete going for the PRO card in July 2026. I know what it is like to be on a fitness journey. I have been on both sides of the spectrum so there is no problem I cannot fix.
