About Harry
Harry Mansfield, better known as “The MindPower Champion”, is an award-winning trainer, best-selling author, podcast host and as seen on TV.
Her registered training model is created from both her personal experience, and professional. During her 25 years as a sports coach, she became the “go to coach” to recover from accidents, lack of confidence and huge levels of anxiety. With her personal life challenges society expected her to be on antidepressants, but she proved the power of the mind could control a dark and spiralling mind.
Despairing when in conversation with the NHS over their ten-year plan for mental health, she shows that foundational skills can be taught in just three hours, and a trainer in no more than three months because you are dealing with a different part of the mind.
Harry has an excellent reputation, and is on a mission to change the narrative for life skills as all qualifications in this country are only reactive.
