About Laverne
Writing songs started as a way to process my own messy thoughts before it became my entire life. I spent 13 years obsessing over lyrics, chords, and the way a melody sticks in your brain.
My Certificate in Music Production from Berklee Online taught me how to bridge the gap between a demo and a finished record. I have been lucky enough to guide 337 students through the fog of their own creative process.
It is a thrill to teach people how to use imagery and detail to make their stories universal. I love working with hobbyists, gigging musicians, and content creators to turn vague feelings into concrete hooks. Music is meant to be shared, not just stored in a drawer.
