About Leanne
I am a new teacher.
In 2014, I spent three months in Villena, Spain working as an English Language Assistant in a school. This was enormously beneficial EFL experience. My role involved helping teachers to plan lessons, leading activities with small groups in the classroom, assisting with extra-curricular activities, exams and delivering presentations. I worked across the whole school, with pre-school children, nursery, primary and secondary students.

I am a warm and friendly psychology graduate who has recently qualified as an EFL teacher through the TEFL Academy. I offer lessons to people of all ages and backgrounds at a central location in Manchester, or alternatively through Skype. Ideal for people who do not have the time or ability to travel.
My lessons are aimed at learners of all abilities and levels of proficiency, from beginner to advanced. Lessons are tailor made to suit the needs of the student, covering all areas of EFL learning such as reading, speaking, writing and listening.
My lessons are interactive and utilise a range of different teaching methods in order to achieve the best outcome for the learner.

Leanne is a friendly, easy going, patient, sympathetic person who is a natural teacher. She has coached football and futsal for over ten years working with people of all ages and she was an assistant teacher in an elementary school in Spain. She is smart and naturally good at languages but would be able to work with students of all levels and abilities. I highly recommend Leanne as a tutor.
