About Courtney
I am passionate about travel, language, psychology, as well as health and wellness. I love interacting and connecting with people all around the world, of different backgrounds and ages. I am passionate about teaching, because I know first hand how exciting learning a new language can be when you see your progression! I learned French in school growing up, and have been learning Spanish in adulthood. I would love to connect and find our your WHY for learning a new language!

I believe in high student-talk-time, which means that students are the ones practicing the pronunciation and speech the majority of the class. I am simply there to facilitate communication and ensure an inclusive environment for all students. I also believe in making learning FUN and engaging! I have experience creating lessons plans and teaching all levels and age groups. I will start my lesson with structured activities, moving into less-structured, and finally open. Open activities allow students to produce their own speaking and material to show what they have learned from class.
