I am an experienced English educator and school leader with nearly 10 years of experience in teaching, academic administration, and teacher training. I am TEFL certified and have a strong academic background in English and education.
Throughout my teaching career, I have worked with students of different age groups and learning levels. I focus on creating a friendly, supportive, and comfortable learning environment where students can ask questions, practice freely, learn from mistakes, and gradually build confidence.
My lessons are structured, practical, and personalized. I combine clear explanations with conversation practice, real-life examples, grammar activities, vocabulary development, pronunciation, reading, writing, and regular feedback.
As a school leader and CBSE Resource Person, I also have experience in teacher training, academic planning, learning outcomes, active learning, and classroom strategies.

I am an experienced English educator and school leader with nearly 10 years of experience in teaching, academic administration, and teacher training. I am TEFL certified and believe that English learning should be practical, interactive, and connected to real-life communication.
My teaching approach is learner-centred and adapted to each student's level, needs, and goals. I use conversation practice, guided discussions, real-life examples, grammar activities, vocabulary building, pronunciation practice, reading, writing exercises, and interactive tasks. I encourage students to participate actively rather than simply listen to explanations.
A typical class begins with a short conversation or review of the previous lesson. We then focus on the main learning objective through explanation and practical activities, followed by speaking or written practice. The final part of the lesson is used for feedback, correction, and setting a clear goal for the next class.
My special strength is combining classroom teaching experience with school leadership and teacher-training experience. I focus not only on grammatical accuracy but also on confidence, fluency, clear communication, and the ability to use English naturally in everyday situations.
