About Rupsaa
Though I am a teenager and do not possess a degree, I have a lot of experience. I won county level in the Mathcounts competition, have experience in AMC 8 and AMC 10, won honors awards in math from Johns Hopkins, got an honorable mention in Math Kangaroo and RSM IMO, and scored in the 99th percentile for math on my PSAT. I have taught English and Math through OSAT. But this wouldn't have happened if I didn't get inspiration from my dad. He would teach me why things happened in math rather than just giving me another formula to memorize as my school did. It immersed me and gave me a better understanding of myself and the subject, making me want to pursue it when I get older. I want to teach people at an affordable price based on how they learn as my dad did.

On the first day, I will ask the student or their parent what they would like to learn, and then I will assess them on the topic. From then on, a typical day would start with me checking homework, giving a short lecture, and then working through practice problems. I teach from elementary-level math to Geometry online and have 45 min and 1 hr time slots. I keep my prices low as my goal is to enrich people that couldn't get what they wanted from the lacking education system. The student will only need a computer, paper, and a pencil!
