About Valentina
I have been teaching violin for 9 years, guiding students of all ages—from young beginners to college students and working professionals. My teaching philosophy emphasises patience, encouragement, and tailoring lessons to each student’s learning style and goals.
I focus on developing technical skills, music theory understanding, sight-reading, and expressive performance abilities. Over 200 students have studied under my guidance, many of whom have performed successfully in recitals, competitions, and concerts.
My lessons combine structured practice with creative exercises, making learning both effective and enjoyable. I aim to help students develop confidence, skill, and a lifelong love for the violin.

My teaching methodology combines compassion, clear communication, and encouragement to create lessons that are engaging, meaningful, and student-centred. I tailor lessons to each student’s pace, style, and goals to make learning the violin enjoyable, motivating, and rewarding.
I focus on step-by-step instruction, demonstrations, and creative exercises, helping students develop technical skills, musicality, and self-expression. I encourage questions, active participation, and creative exploration to make lessons interactive and inspiring.
Being supportive is central to my approach. I celebrate milestones, provide constructive guidance, and help students navigate challenges while fostering confidence, independence, and creativity. Lessons balance technical skill, artistic expression, and personal growth.
I also teach other subjects using the same compassionate and communicative methodology, nurturing curiosity, motivation, and lifelong learning.
